CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR - National role, Sydney based.

Reconciliation Australia is leading the public information and education campaign to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians in the Constitution. Reconciliation Australia has long advocated for constitutional change to recognise the history, cultures and contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians. We believe recognition and reconciliation go hand in hand.

Reconciliation Australia is establishing a campaign office in Sydney and is looking to appoint a Campaign Director to lead this.

We are looking for a skilled, knowledgeable and highly motivated individual to establish and manage this team. The role of Campaign Director is a senior role and will report directly to our CEO and Board.

The successful candidate should have a successful track record in managing campaigns for social change with a clear record of achievements in:

·         Strategically mobilising community and business organisations

·         Managing advertising, marketing and media outputs

·         Being a national spokesperson for a campaign

·         Budget and risk management.
