
Reconciliation Australia (RA) is an independent, not for-profit organisation. We are the peak body whose charter is to create the environment for stronger relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians based on mutual respect, and which results in improved life opportunities for first Australians.
We currently have two exciting positions to fill.
Reconciliation Australia is looking for a skilled, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Communications and Strategic Directions team. The role has a national focus and involves managing the day-to-day and strategic relationship between the organisation and the media and working closely with the Executive Management team.
The successful candidate will have sound written and oral communication skills and a minimum of 2-5 years media experience.

The primary role of this position is to develop and implement a Business Sustainability Strategy. The role will provide leadership in Business Sustainability including focus on strategic partnerships, diverse revenue sources and work closely with the Executive Management team in developing organisational processes and practices.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business marketing.

Both positions are full-time, fixed-term up to 30 June 2013 and based in Canberra.
